Project 10 : Color Wheel

SCN_0011

The difference between a color wheel and a hue is a color wheel contains multiple colors, were on the other hand a hue is the main properties of a color, and these colors usually consist of red, green, blue, orange, violet and yellow.  To tint a hue means to make a color lighter or darker, by adding white or black paint.  Complementary colors are always the colors that are across from each other on a color wheel or a pair of colors, such as blue and orange, purple and yellow, and red and green.  However when these two colors mix they cancel each other out and create black.  A simultaneous contrast is when two different colors affect one another, and how one color can change to look lighter are darker then how a person would see the tone and hue of another when these colors are placed side by side.
